- Groups of friends or multiple families: If you join together in a single reservation, the fare and free children (up to 2) are calculated based on the overall total of the order form and not on the individual families.

- Less than 24 hours before (Last Minute): If you have a last-minute unexpected event (health, flight delays, emergencies), you won’t lose your money. We don’t offer a cash refund, but we guarantee you a 100% voucher with no expiration date to reschedule your tour whenever you like, or you can transfer the reservation to a friend or family member.

❌Cancellation, Refund and Force Majeure Policy
In the event of last-minute unforeseen circumstances (less than 24 hours before the tour), your deposit is protected. We convert the amount into a 100% voucher with no expiration date in the following cases of force majeure:
🟢 1. Cases of Force Majeure (Right to Refund or Date Change):
Force majeure is considered to be any objective, unforeseeable event beyond the customer’s control that makes it impossible to carry out the tour.
– Adverse weather or weather warning: Adverse weather and sea conditions that prevent navigation.
– Shutdown of maritime transport: Total suspension or cancellation of ferries/hydrofoils to and from the island of Ischia.
– Extraordinary closures of main attractions: Sudden and total closure of key sites included in the program (e.g., Aragonese Castle, Gardens) for safety reasons or institutional events.
– Serious illnesses or last-minute injuries: Sudden and documentable health problems (or serious family medical emergencies) that physically impede travel.
🔴 2. Customer-Paid Cases (No Monetary Refunds):
All missed appointments due to personal scheduling errors, delays, or voluntary changes of schedule will be considered the client’s responsibility.
– No-Show: The customer fails to arrive at the scheduled meeting point at the agreed-upon time without prior notice.
– Delayed Personal Transportation: Missing the ferry or hydrofoil due to a late wake-up call, traffic jams before arriving at the port, or misreading the ticket schedule.
– Voluntary Change of Plan: Last-minute decision to cancel the tour for personal, non-medical reasons.
– Uncertain Weather but Navigational: Cloudy or light rain, but ferry transportation and attractions are open and operating normally.
